Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MNC Weddings platform at mncweddings.com.au ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. About the Platform

MNC Weddings is a wedding directory and marketplace that connects couples ("Brides") with wedding vendors ("Vendors") on the Mid North Coast of NSW. The Platform provides:

• A public vendor directory with searchable listings
• The Bridal Exchange — a request-matching service for couples seeking vendors
• Expo and event registrations
• Subscription-based vendor membership tiers

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Vendor Accounts and Listings

Vendors may register for a free or paid membership tier. By creating a vendor listing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information
• Only list services you are legitimately qualified and available to provide
• Not use the Platform to misrepresent your business or services
• Ensure all images and content you upload are owned by you or you have permission to use

All new vendor listings are subject to review and approval by MNC Weddings. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that do not meet our standards or that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Paid vendor tiers (Coastal Listing and Bridal Exchange) are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide valid payment information and keep it current
• Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. The Bridal Exchange

The Bridal Exchange allows couples to post wedding requests that are visible to subscribed vendors. By using this feature:

• Couples agree their request details may be viewed by vendors with an active subscription
• Contact details are only shared when a couple explicitly connects with a vendor
• Vendors must not use the Bridal Exchange to spam, harass, or solicit couples outside the platform
• MNC Weddings does not guarantee any connection will result in a booking

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant MNC Weddings a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

You must not upload content that is:

• False, misleading, or deceptive
• Offensive, defamatory, or harassing
• In breach of any third party's intellectual property rights
• In violation of any applicable law

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its data
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Platform's content or vendor listings without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security

9. Limitation of Liability

MNC Weddings acts as a marketplace connecting couples and vendors. We are not a party to any agreement made between users and vendors, and we are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of vendor services
• Any disputes between couples and vendors
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and materials on the Platform (other than user-submitted content) are owned by MNC Weddings. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

11. Changes to the Platform and Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will endeavour to notify active users by email.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
